The first Hustle to Wholeness™ workshop reminded me of something powerful: when people pause long enough to reset, they find momentum they didn’t know they had.

Too often, we think change has to be huge and dramatic. In reality, it’s the small, steady shifts that flip the script from chaos to clarity. That’s the heartbeat of this work — moving from scattered hustle to focused wholeness.

Small Shifts, Big Results (Quick Tips)

1. Alignment Tip – Small Changes Add Up

Before you start your day, take two minutes to check your to-do list. Ask: Is this task the best use of my focus right now? That tiny pause can keep you from spending the day on low-impact work.

2. Mindset/ Energy Tip – Flip the List

Fighting to find motivation? Instead of saying “I have to . . .” or “I should. . .”, try reframing as “I get to. . . ” or I choose. . .” Language matters – even when talking to yourself!

3. Resource Recommendation

📚 Podcast – The Daily Brain: Power of Positive Self Talk – on how Michael Phelps used self-talk to win Olympic gold. It’s a powerful 5-minute reminder.

The Ditch-The-Hustle Challenge

Write down the next three requests that come your way (meetings, projects, favors). Ask yourself:

  • Does this move me toward alignment?
  • Or does it pull me back into hustle mode?

Say yes only to the ones that serve your bigger picture. Try it — you’ll feel the difference.
